Offerings

All offerings weave in four main tenets of postpartum doula support:
Physical: Hands-on care and advice, meal prep and hot meals that support your recovery
Mental: How to shift your perspective and address preconvieced “stories” about what parenting and postpartum should look like, and how babies should “be”
Emotional: Helping you navigate the deep waters of the early postpartum days
Social: Guiding you in creating and utilizing your support system

Good Morning Sunshine (3 hrs)- $105 exchange
Grab a few extra hours of sleep (you deserve it) knowing that your baby is cared for. As your doula, I will arrive at your home early, care for baby while you rest, prepare breakfast, and help you get your day started smoothly. If you were up all night cluster feeding, this offering might feel nourishing to you!

Extra Set of Hands (4 hrs)- $140 exchange
Assistance with infant care and feeding, meal prep, errands, appointments, and light housework, resources and refferals. If you are juggling older siblings, or have specific tasks that need to be completed, this offering might be great for you.

Replenish (4 hrs)- $140 exchange
This visit is for you. It is your time to address your needs or bond one on one with your baby, or partner, in a relaxing environment. Take a rest, have a shower or allow me to fix you a relaxing herbal sitz bath while your baby is cared for. Come back to a nourishing meal and warm drink that supports your recovery.

Bespoke Postpartum Care (4 hrs)- $140 exchange
